Ning Hong Slimming Tea claims to be the new anti-obesity tea that can make you slim forever. In China, it has won many awards as a quality weight loss aid. The makers of Ning Hong say their product has a 95% weight loss effective rating.
Ning Hong is a green tea dating back to 7th century Chinese agriculture. The tea in Ning Hong has been formulated with the addition of traditional Chinese herbs to help absorb excessive saccharides (sugar) in the body thereby decreasing these calories' conversion into fat.

- There are higher lead levels in tea grown in China. Ning Hong claims to be toxin-free but does not directly address the lead issue that is such a concern in Chinese products.
- Ning Hong does not disclose potency of their tea or the quantities of the added herbs.
- At about 35 cents per serving, this tea will cost you about $2.00 per day (which is priceless if it works!).
- Caution: do not use this tea if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitons (a class of anti-depressant medication) or if you are pregnant.
